Epoch Labs LLP ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.epochlabs.dev and develops mobile applications, including Call Me—a simulated fake phone call application. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information.

1. Information Collection and Use

We believe in "privacy by design." Call Me was deliberately designed to work entirely offline and locally on your device.

  • No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
  • No Account Required: You do not need to create an account to use our App.
  • Fully Offline: All features of Call Me work without an internet connection. Your caller profiles, settings, and all activity remain entirely on your device.

2. App Functionality (Local Processing Only)

Call Me simulates incoming phone calls for entertainment, practice, or personal use.

  • On-Device Only: All call simulations, caller profiles, and settings are processed and stored locally on your device.
  • No Cloud Sync: We do not upload any of your data to external servers. Your information never leaves your device.
  • No Network Requests: The App does not make network requests to Epoch Labs servers. It is designed to function completely offline.

3. Monetization & Third-Party Services

To support our development, we use the following third-party services:

  • In-App Purchases (Pro Mode): We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous, non-personally-identifiable data such as purchase tokens and device identifiers to process transactions and prevent fraud.   • Advertisements: This application does not contain nor display any advertisements.

4. Data Safety Compliance

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety requirements:

  • We do not "sell" user data.
  • Any data transmitted to third-party services (such as purchase tokens to RevenueCat) is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.
  • Because we do not store personal data or use accounts, there is no "data deletion" required for personal information; however, you can manage your Google Play purchase history through your Google Account settings.
